Shipping

• We offer free shipping on all orders.
• Additional charges for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method are applicable and will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Missing Items & Delivery Issues In case of any missing items, shortages, or if the entire order is not received despite being marked as “delivered” by our courier partner, you must contact our support team within three (3) working days of the delivery date updated in the tracking ID.

Any requests or claims made after three working days of the delivery date will not be accepted. Crazy Shop 24 is not responsible for any product damage that occurs after successful delivery.

Delivery Attempts & Address Policies

• Re-delivery Fees: Failure to accept the parcel at the first delivery attempt will lead to an additional shipping charge of Rs 200.00, which must be paid to have the parcel delivered again.
• Address Changes: Each order placed can only be shipped to one address at a time. Items in a single order cannot be sent to separate shipping addresses. Orders will only be shipped to the exact address provided at the time of placement. No alternate addresses or changes of address will be accepted at the time of delivery, return, or exchange.

Order Processing & COD Verification

• COD Verification: It is strictly advised to answer COD order verification calls seriously. Failure to accept, answer, or verify your credentials during the order verification call placed by our staff will lead to order dismissal or cancellation without notice. We will make three (3) call attempts, followed by a text message.
• Order Rights: Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized purchases, product availability, unserviceable zones, altered or invalid verification, or the ineligible use of resources.
• Coupons: Coupon codes are clearly visible across all channels. No order cancellations or reimbursements of the discounted value will be accepted after an order is placed.

Shipping Durations

• Prepaid Orders: Delivered within 4–5 working days across India, except for special zones (Jammu and Kashmir, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, etc.).
• COD Orders: Delivered within 6–7 working days across India, except for special zones (Jammu and Kashmir, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, etc.).

Important Dispatch Notes

We currently do not accept or process international orders.

All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in New Delhi.

We take 24–48 hours to dispatch orders to ensure faultless processing (this timeframe may vary for certain products).

Products under the “Sale” category may take up to 3–4 working days to ship.

Orders are shipped via domestic courier services Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days.

We do not accept urgent delivery requests or bookings.
